  • RECENTLY ADVERTISED POSITION - BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

    Recruiting for this position has essentially been finalised (see 'Selection Status' note below).     The requirements of future positions are likely to be similar to what we have just advertised for; i.e. for people to undertake hourly secretarial and general office administration work for Living Workspace clients. These clients may be businesses occupying the Living Workspace Serviced Offices, or they may be other businesses, mostly within the Norwest area. We believe there is a significant pool of demand for these types of services, professionally delivered, and that this demand will continue to grow rapidly over the next few years. The work itself will generally have to be done at our offices, or at our clients' offices, although there may be times when some of the work could be done at home.

    Living Workspace aims to build its profile as the pre-eminent provider of both Serviced Office and general Business Services within the Norwest area. Employment with us will suit someone who likes the flexibility and variety that comes from temping work, yet who would also enjoy the sense of belonging to, and involvement with, a dynamic and people focused organisation like Living Workspace. Perhaps you have thought about "working for yourself" but have clearly identified that you would prefer not to have the hassle of running your own business entirely. This is quite important as we are looking for individuals who will make a significant commitment to us, as we will to them.

    The volume of work is likely to be small initially, but increasing with the ongoing marketing support which will be provided by Living Workspace, and through repeat business. While there will be ample room for this person to display their own flair and spearhead the growth of this business, you will not be on your own, as significant support will be provided by existing Living Workspace personnel and facilities.
