WHAT CONDITIONS APPLY?

We ask you to sign a lease and pay necessary fees before you move in. All requirements of your lease will be set out in the lease document.

Living Workspace provides a shared work environment where all parties have appropriate and fair access to the various facilities, relative also to the fees that they pay. Therefore all facilities, including meeting rooms and visitors' car parking are managed on a "Reasonable Use" basis.

Appropriate standards of conduct, professionalism and business activity are expected - this is for everyone's benefit and protection. All activity must be lawful. All software use by tenants must be in accordance with licence conditions. "Acceptable Use" standards for internet use are expected.

IT support may be provided where straightforward and mainstream, however this is done without any guarantee or assurance.

There is no liability for Errors and Omissions and no liability whatsoever is taken in relation to the business affairs of tenants of Living Workspace. All tenants are required to maintain Workers Compensation Insurance (if required under law) and must maintain Public Liability Insurance.
