Professional Serviced Offices with a transparent and fixed base monthly rental.  It is Low Risk, as short as a Monthly Lease Term if you wish. Additional costs per month indicated 10-15% of the base (but not guaranteed). Shared Meeting Room and Visitor Car Parking are included with a Living Workspace Serviced Office.  Quiet and well equipped, each Living Workspace serviced office provides your own business identity and an absolutely fabulous place to work.  Comparing the cost of a Serviced Office with leasing an office directly involves looking at the full cost picture.  For the directly leased office this includes including the cost and risk of a typical 3 year lease, rental bond, legal fees, outgoings, fitout & furnishing, insurance,  power, telephone, internet & data, kitchen and consumables, and make good at least termination.  Not to mention salary cost of receptionist.  A Living Workspace Serviced Office is minimal risk and total costs may even be less than employing a full time Receptionist.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Costs range from as low as $800 per month plus GST, depending on office size, views and location. Each office is enclosed, secure and private. We have quite a few offices to choose from below $1,500 per month plus GST, although this obviously depends on vacancy levels at any point in time. Our 19-20 sq m offices are at the premium end of our facilities and are priced higher. Our office windows typically face the north and east, so that you enjoy the glorious winter morning sun and avoid the glare and heat of the afternoon westerly sun in summer.

Our Mid Sized Offices are 12 sq m in size and feel spacious and prestigous for one person, yet work surprisingly well for two, with our carefully thought out two work station layout.

We currently have one Small Office available. At 8 sq m it provides sufficient space in comfort for one person, with a work station plus book case, filing cabinet and one visitor's chair layout.

Included in your monthly fee are Phone Service with voicemail, including Dedicated Phone and Fax Number, Phone Forwarding (automatic, not answered) and Internet Access. Also included is a Secure Car Space and shared access to Meeting Rooms and Visitor's Car Parking space. That is, you pay no more for shared use of a meeting room and visitor's car parking spaces (reasonable usage limits apply).

Desks, chairs, filing cabinets and book shelves are included. Printers, fax machines will also be provided at no further cost should you require them. (Please note that consumables will be charged extra). You are also free to supply your own printer, fax machine and chair if you wish.

Items that will be charged as extras per month will be local, mobile, STD, ISD and other time charged phone call costs, including phone diversion costs, consumables for printers and fax machines (eg. laser cartridges, ink jet cartridges) and colour laser printing. Plus other incidentals, for example, catering. These excess charges, as incurred, are billed at a competitive and reasonable rate.
