In today's dynamic world, who can say whether your company will need more or less accommodation in 3 years' time? So why sign a 3 year lease? In times of change, flexibility is an asset, so why not call today? LEASE TERM AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS We recognize the needs of business and have structured our services to be as flexible as possible. That means you can lease your office from month to month or to enter into a longer term lease - six months, a year or even up to three years. If you have specific requirements, then we are more open to that the longer the lease. We require rent to be paid monthly, in advance, and we will require the first payment before you move in. If you are renting on a month by month basis, then a set up fee equal to one month's rent is also payable. Should you stay with us for more than six months then this set up fee will be credited as the seventh month's rent. Should you vacate before the six month's is up, then we will keep the set up fee. For leases signed for six months or longer no set up fee is payable. We will ask for one month's notice of your intentation to vacate (subject to lease provisions). Being a professional office, your tenancy will be subject to appropriate standards of conduct. These are detailed, but not onerous, and exist for the amenity of all.
