Yes. After-hours and weekend bookings can be arranged with advance notice. Access is provided via secure swipe card (a refundable deposit applies). Please contact us to organise arrangements.
How do I book the meeting room?

Do you offer catering?
We don’t provide in-house catering, but we’re happy to assist. You’re welcome to organise your own catering, or we can arrange collection from a local café on your behalf (orders and payment are made directly with the café). A small bar fridge is available for drinks and light refreshments, though storage space is limited.
Is crockery and kitchen access available?
Yes. You’ll have access to our shared kitchen facilities, including kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
When is payment due?
Bookings are invoiced in advance to confirm the reservation. Your invoice will be issued once the booking request is received.
Will someone greet my guests?
Reception is staffed from 10:00am to 2:00pm on weekdays, and we’re happy to greet guests during those hours. Outside of reception hours, self-check-in arrangements are organised in advance.
