At Living Workspace, our dedicated desk is positioned away from high-traffic areas, offering a more contained and focused working environment than a typical open coworking setup.
You’ll have fast internet, power access, and everything you need to settle in and get work done – including unlimited tea, coffee, and biscuits (of course).
Whether you’re working remotely, studying, or simply need a consistent place to work, a Dedicated Desk offers structure, reliability, and a professional setup without the commitment of a private office.

What’s included with a Dedicated Desk booking?
Your booking includes high-speed Wi-Fi, access to the shared kitchen, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, and a clean, designated workspace reserved exclusively for you. Printing, scanning, and additional support services are available on request (additional fees may apply).
How do I book a Dedicated Desk?
Simply click “Check Availability” or “Book Now” to reserve your desk for a day or week. For longer arrangements, contact us directly and we’ll confirm availability and set everything up for you.
Is the desk exclusively mine?
Yes. Once booked, the Dedicated Desk is reserved solely for you for the duration of your booking.
What should I bring?
Just your device and any materials you need to work. Power and internet are ready when you arrive.
What does the desk setup include?
Each desk includes a power board and monitor arm for added functionality. You’ll also have full access to the shared kitchen facilities, including kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and crockery.
What are the access hours?
Access is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Reception is staffed from 10:00am to 2:00pm, though you may arrive or leave at any time within business hours.
Can I access the space after hours or on weekends?
After-hours and weekend access can be arranged in advance with a swipe card (a refundable deposit applies). Please contact us to organise access.
What about parking?
Free street parking is available nearby, particularly around Solent Circuit. We recommend avoiding short-term zones near shops or visitor bays. The Norwest Metro is also within walking distance.
Can I take phone calls?
Yes. The environment is professional and generally quiet. Phone calls are welcome – we simply ask that volumes remain moderate out of courtesy to others.
