At Living Workspace, our dedicated desk is positioned away from high-traffic areas, offering a more contained and focused working environment than a typical open coworking setup.
You’ll have fast internet, power access, and everything you need to settle in and get work done – including unlimited tea, coffee, and biscuits (of course).
Whether you’re working remotely, studying, or simply need a consistent place to work, a Dedicated Desk offers structure, reliability, and a professional setup without the commitment of a private office.

Your booking includes fast Wi-Fi, access to the kitchen, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, plus a clean, private Dedicated Desk that’s yours for the day. Printing, scanning, and other support are available on request (additional fees may apply).
How do I book the desk?

Is it really just for me?
Yes! Once booked, that Dedicated Desk is exclusively yours – no swapping or interruptions.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your device and whatever you need to work. Power, internet, and the essentials are ready and waiting.
What exactly are “the essentials”?
Each Dedicated Desk includes a power board and monitor arm for extra workspace. You’ll also get full kitchen access – kettle, coffee machine, sink, microwave, fridge, and crockery included.
What are the access hours?
Access is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday–Friday.
Reception is staffed from 10:00am–2:00pm, but you can arrive or leave anytime during business hours.
Can I access after hours or on weekends?
Yes, with a bit of extra planning. After-hours and weekend access requires a swipe card (a refundable deposit applies). Contact us to arrange it in advance.
What about parking?
There’s free street parking nearby, especially around the Solent Circuit area. Avoid short-term zones near shops or visitor bays. Or skip parking altogether – we’re just a short walk from Norwest Metro.
Can I take phone calls?
Absolutely. The space is quiet, but phone calls are fine – just use headphones and keep volumes moderate out of courtesy.
