Can I book the meeting room after hours or on weekends?
Yes – after-hours and weekend bookings are available with a little notice. Access is via swipe card and requires a refundable deposit. Contact us and we’ll help you arrange it.
How do I book?
Click the Book Now button to check availability and make your reservation. For after-hours or tailored bookings, feel free to contact us directly.
Do you offer catering?
We don’t supply catering in-house, but we’re happy to assist. We can pre-arrange pickup from local cafés, or you’re welcome to organise your own. A small bar fridge is available for drinks and light catering – just note that space is limited.
Do you have crockery and utensils?
Yes! You get access to the shared kitchen – kettle, coffee machine, sink, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are all ready and waiting.
When is payment due?
All bookings are invoiced upfront to confirm the space. We’ll send your invoice after your booking is received.
Will someone be there to greet my guests?
Reception is staffed between 10am–2pm on weekdays and we’re happy to greet guests during those hours. Outside of that, self-check-in is arranged in advance.
How many people does the meeting room fit?
Our boardroom comfortably fits 6–8 people and is best suited to client meetings, small group meetings, presentations, or collaborative sessions.
Is parking available?
There’s no on-site parking included, but Norwest offers plenty of nearby options. We’ll send you a local parking map when your booking is confirmed. Or better yet – we’re right near the Norwest Metro, so public transport is easy and stress-free.
