What is included with the Meeting room booking?
Your booking includes private use of the meeting room, seating for up to eight people, a large screen, HDMI connection, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, shared kitchen access, tea and coffee.
How many people does the meeting room seat?
The room seats up to 8 people comfortably in boardroom style. It is well suited to client meetings, interviews, team discussions, training, and small presentations.
How do I book the meeting room?
Click “Book Now” to view current availability and submit your booking request. Once we receive your request, we’ll issue an invoice, and your booking is confirmed when payment has been received.
For recurring bookings, after-hours access or a different arrangement, please contact us directly.

Do you offer catering?
We don’t provide in-house catering, but we’re happy to assist where possible. You’re welcome to organise your own catering, or we can arrange collection from a local café on your behalf (orders and payment are made by you directly with the café).
A small bar fridge is available for drinks and light refreshments, though storage space is limited.
Is crockery and kitchen access available?
Yes. You’ll have access to our shared kitchen facilities, including kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Will someone greet my guests?
Reception is staffed from 10:00am to 2:00pm on weekdays, and we’re happy to greet guests during those hours. Outside of reception hours, self-check-in arrangements are organised in advance.
Can I book the meeting room after hours or on weekends?
Yes. After-hours and weekend bookings can be arranged with advance notice. Access is provided via secure swipe card (a refundable deposit applies). Please contact us before booking to organise arrangements.
Is parking available?
Limited visitor parking is available onsite, but it is general building parking and is not allocated to Living Workspace.
For bookings under two hours, Norwest Marketown has time-limited parking around a five-minute walk away. For longer bookings, untimed street parking is usually available along Solent Circuit and nearby streets, with a five-to-ten-minute walk to the building.
Please check the signs and allow extra time, as parking restrictions are regularly enforced. Norwest Metro Station is also around a five-minute walk away.
